Ingredients
- 500g g Salmon fillets cooked, flaked, bones and skin removed
- 90 g Breadcrumbs fresh
- 50 g Spring Onions finely chopped
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Vegetable oil
DISCLAIMER
I recommend using the Metric measurements (instead of cups & spoons) for more accuracy and better results.
Instructions
- Combine all the above ingredients together in a large mixing bowl making sure they're all well mixed, but try not to break up the salmon too much.
- Form into cakes with wet hands, place in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up before frying gently in a heave bottom frying pan, try not to fiddle with them whilst cooking, only turn them once a nice crust has formed on the underside.
- I usually serve these with a flavoured mashed potato (mustard, chives, chilli flakes, etc)
