The Master Pie Maker

This Corned Beef Pie is not only Easy to make, it’s delicious and will feed the whole family on a VERY small budget. It can be eaten as a main meal with extra vegetables and a gravy if you wish, it can also be eaten cold as a hand held snack or with a nice fresh salad.

If you want to you can use this filling and make individual pies or Pasties too.

time for a lill ‘gravy’ on MY plate. (I DOO0o luv your ‘onion’).

So very nice to see some older hands, so deft w/yrs of experience, and the ‘make do’/expedience of effort around tools. I just cant express my joy (dont mock me) at the simple ingredients, straight forward methods, and British foodways seen in these vids. We can not loose this to time and modernity. ‘Mericans can learn much from this Spaniard transplant from “the North” of GB. Retire in Peace’n Prosperity brotherman, but keep pumpin out these recipes/vids/books/traditional recipes !

Hello Mr Paul. I have NEVER made a pie before, but following your tutorial I have this afternoon made a very decent corned beef and potato pie which not only tastes good but also looks very similar to yours in the video. You are a good tutor!

As a child I didn’t like corned beef, but was pleasantly surprised when I tried this recipe all these years later. It was very good indeed. It was not only delicious, but quick and easy too. Thanks for sharing.
