This Chinese Chicken & Sweetcorn Soup is one of the top 10 most ordered dishes in both Chinese Restaurants and Chinese Take-Aways in Europe. It has so few basic ingredients, it’s a miracle they produce this wonderful, delicious tasting soup. You can even use left-over cooked chicken if you happen to have any in the fridge or freezer.

Ingredients

  • 200 g Chicken you can use left over cooked chicken if your wish
  • 1 small can Creamed Sweetcorn or blitz up a can of whole Sweetcorn
  • teaspoon white pepper
  • 500 mls chicken stock fresh, Carton or a made-up cube
  • A Little cornflour/cornstarch & cold water equal quantities
  • Spring/green onion - garnish

DISCLAIMER

I recommend using the Metric measurements (instead of cups & spoons) for more accuracy and better results.
