Chinese Chicken & Sweetcorn Soup
This Chinese Chicken & Sweetcorn Soup is one of the top 10 most ordered dishes in both Chinese Restaurants and Chinese Take-Aways in Europe. It has so few basic ingredients, it’s a miracle they produce this wonderful, delicious tasting soup. You can even use left-over cooked chicken if you happen to have any in the fridge or freezer.

Ingredients
- 200 g Chicken you can use left over cooked chicken if your wish
- 1 small can Creamed Sweetcorn or blitz up a can of whole Sweetcorn
- ⅛ teaspoon white pepper
- 500 mls chicken stock fresh, Carton or a made-up cube
- A Little cornflour/cornstarch & cold water equal quantities
- Spring/green onion - garnish
