Ingredients
225g plain flour
4 Eggs
300ml milk &water (50/50 mix)
1/2 tsp salt
For Onion Gravy
1 medium onion finely sliced
Paul’s Tip: You can use any sausage variety. Also make sure the fat in tin is very hot before pouring the batter in and don’t open the oven door until at least 20 minutes has past or the pudding will collapse.

Hi Ray, Thanks for the feedback, Happy Days. As I was brought up on the road in a Horse waggon we did not enjoy such things as we never had an ove, al cooking on an ipen fire outside. BUt, i’ve made up for it later in life. Stay Safe.
Made you Toad in’th ole as they say in Yorkshire. Brought back memories of my Mum making it when we were kids. She used to make extra Yorkshire pud and we would have that for dessert with sugar or golden syrup on it.
