These mini Apple Crumble Tarts are an ideal way to serve this favourite dessert. Keep a few in your freezer and you can have your sweet on the table in the time it takes you to make some creamy, tasty custard to go with them.

Ingredients
For the Pastry
- 375 g Flour Plain
- 175 g Butter Cold
- 150 g Water Cold, You may not need all this, it depends on your flour
For the Filling
- 2 large Apples cooking
- 2 - 3 Tablespoons Sugar white
- ¼ Teaspoon Ground Spice I use ground Cloves
For the Crumble Topping
- 125 g Flour Plain
- 125 g Butter
- 125 g Sugar Demerara
- 175 g Oats porridge, NOT the Instant type
DISCLAIMER
I recommend using the Metric measurements (instead of cups & spoons) for more accuracy and better results.
