Lemon Surprise
This Lemon Surprise Pudding is just that, it goes into the oven like a pancake batter and whilst cooking it separates into a light sponge on top and scrumptious lemon sauce underneath. It can be ready and on the table in just an hour. Something the whole family will love and so easy too.
