Viennese Biscuits
Viennese biscuits are a beautifully crumbly treat and an excellent biscuit recipe to master. This recipe only takes 25 minutes from start to finish and requires only five ingredients.

Ingredients
- 170 g Butter
- 113 g Sugar Caster or Icing sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract Otional
- 170 g Plain Flour
- Chocolate to decorate Optional
DISCLAIMER
I recommend using the Metric measurements (instead of cups & spoons) for more accuracy and better results.
Instructions
- For method see video above
- Bake at 170ºC for about 12-14 minutes
- You can either sandwich together with butter cream filling or simply dip ends in melted chocolate as per the video.
