Ingredients
- 240 g Granulated Sugar
- 120 g Ground Almonds
- 22 g Semolina or Ground Rice
- 75 g Egg Whites
- Plus a few whole almonds for decoration
DISCLAIMER
I recommend using the Metric measurements (instead of cups & spoons) for more accuracy and better results.

I made these…they were absolutely delicious. (I did add a lemon zest, from the original recipe I used). This is the best!
