Homemade Pizza

Homemade pizza can be just as good, if not better than any takeaway.

Homemade Pizza is the perfect choice for a busy weeknight meal, or when you have visitors to feed, it is also just the job for a fun night or weekend for whatever reason.

But if you follow my recipe and method there will be no need rely on a take-away ever again.

For one thing, when you make it yourself you can enjoy it fresh from the oven instead of that damp, soggy excuse for a pizza that’s spent the last 20 or so minutes in a box on the back of a scooter. A Pizza should be eaten within 5 – 10 minutes of cooking.

I’ll walk you through how to make a top class Pizza from start to finish.

Instructions

  • For the method please follow my Video Tutorial by clicking on the photo below.
Remember you can form your Pizza base to your own preference. Thick, thin, fluffy or crispy.
If your base is a little uneven - don't worry about it, even if you accidentally make a hole in it - just patch it up. when it's cooked no one will see it. You will get better at forming the base out evenly with practice

Hello,

We just finished eating the best homemade pizza I’ve ever made, and I make them frequently because we live in the country ten miles from town. The secret is the dough! I was given a pizza stone, and my gas oven will go to 525 F. Ten minutes was all it took. What a difference! Perfect crust! Thank you so much for your wonderful recipes!!

I hope you have a Very Merry Christmas, and all the best for the New Year!
