Dill Cucumber Salad

A lot of cucumber salads feature a heavy coating of mayonnaise-based dressing. This lighter version adds a lot of flavour, without overwhelming the cucumber. If you prefer a thicker dressing, cut down on the amount of lemon juice in the dressing.

Ingredients

  • Dressing Ingredients:
  • 80 g. Greek yogurt
  • 80 g. sour cream
  • Tablespoons. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoons. fresh dill finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon. garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

DISCLAIMER

I recommend using the Metric measurements (instead of cups & spoons) for more accuracy and better results.

Instructions

  • Salad Ingredients:
  • large cucumbers, sliced and cut into half rounds
  • ½ medium red onion, sliced thin
  • Tablespoon. fresh dill, roughly chopped
