Chicken, Mushroom & Ham Pie (Filling)

Ingredients

  • 250 g Chicken I use thighs but you can use breasts if you wish.
  • 80 g Cooked Ham or Bacon
  • 125 g Mushrooms
  • 25 g Plain Flour
  • 30 g Butter
  • 300 ml Chicken Stock
  • 2 sprigs Fresh Thyme or 1/2 tsp dried

DISCLAIMER

I recommend using the Metric measurements (instead of cups & spoons) for more accuracy and better results.
