Chicken, Mushroom & Ham Pie (Filling)
This is a very versatile recipe that can be used in a variety of different ways. It's easy, it's quick and it's delicious.

Ingredients
- 250 g Chicken I use thighs but you can use breasts if you wish.
- 80 g Cooked Ham or Bacon
- 125 g Mushrooms
- 25 g Plain Flour
- 30 g Butter
- 300 ml Chicken Stock
- 2 sprigs Fresh Thyme or 1/2 tsp dried
DISCLAIMER
I recommend using the Metric measurements (instead of cups & spoons) for more accuracy and better results.
