Asparagus with Red Wine Vinegar

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus trimmed
  • olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper or to taste
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • Dress with grated cheese or toasted pine nuts

DISCLAIMER

I recommend using the Metric measurements (instead of cups & spoons) for more accuracy and better results.

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Arrange asparagus in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray asparagus with cooking spray or toss in a bowl with a little oi to coat.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper over asparagus and drizzle vinegar on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until tender, 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Dress with grated cheese or toasted pine nuts
