Ingredients
1bunch fresh asparagustrimmed
olive oil
salt to taste
2teaspoonsground black pepperor to taste
3tablespoonsred wine vinegar
Dress with grated cheese or toasted pine nuts
DISCLAIMER
I recommend using the Metric measurements (instead of cups & spoons) for more accuracy and better results.
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Arrange asparagus in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray asparagus with cooking spray or toss in a bowl with a little oi to coat.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over asparagus and drizzle vinegar on top.
Bake in the preheated oven until tender, 10 to 12 minutes.
Dress with grated cheese or toasted pine nuts
