Hello Mr Paul, I hope this finds you well and devising new recipes.
I’ve watched many of your videos and commented a few times, I think they’re brilliant – well delivered and very instructive. I’ve made the Eccles cakes, Chorley cakes, cheese and onion pasties to name a few. I did say in my comments about being wary of the egg in the cheese and onion pasty but it worked a treat. That’s my recipe from now on.
